I am running the Lake Garda half marathon to support the incredible work that Tender does to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence. Tender uses an arts-based approach to empower children, young people and adults with the skills and knowledge to recognise unhealthy relationships, nurture healthy ones, and seek support.

I have been working at Tender for almost 1.5 years and am continuously inspired by everyone's dedication and passion for the work. Any donations can help further our impact and reach more individuals to help create a society based on care and respect, and with no domestic abuse or sexual violence.
