In March 2021 our family was left heartbroken when our beautiful Paola passed away . In February 2024 that heartbreak was made even bigger as we lost our amazing mamma 💔

Mamma and Paola both spent their final days in Thames hospice where they were cared for in such a special , loving and respectful way . As a family we can never thank them enough and we know first hand what they do for patients and families . We want to give back and make sure that they are able to continue their amazing work .
