5 years ago we started fundraising for Thames hospice cause we lost our beautiful Paola . They were amazing and took such care of Paola and gave her so much care , love and compassion in her final days . Little did we know that a few years later we would need Thames hospice again for our amazing Mamma and again they looked after her in such a way that we can’t thank you enough . Please help up to support Thames hospice and families that are in need of that , love , care , respect and help when needed .
