Children's Hospice South West provide hospice care for children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family. Hospice breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 wonderful children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Alongside my Work Colleagues, Sarah, Anya & Victoria, we are taking part and supporting CHSW on a 4K Moonlight Memory Walk at Heligan Gardens on Saturday 11th November.
