In March 2020 my beautiful cousin Alexandra died by suicide, just before her 30th birthday.

Alexandra was a generous, loving person who brought light to all who knew her and she is deeply missed by her mum, sister and the wider family.

On April 27th I will be running the London Marathon in memory of Alexandra and to raise money for CALM.

CALM- Campaign Against Living Miserably- is a suicide prevention charity on a mission to help people end their misery, not their lives.
