My Dad, at the age of 79 is taking part in the Super Sprint Victory triathlon in North Walsham on Sunday the 29th June. Comprising of a 300mtr pool swim, a 12mile cycle and a 3km run.

There will be eleven of us in total taking part, competing as 'Team Awesome'. Including seven who have not taken part in a triathlon before. The team members are-Frank Reader-Jonty Reader-Alistair Ross-Darrell Lossau-Jane Clark-Mike Alden-Andrew Howes-Lenny Minton-Gill Kimmerling-Jon Fowler-Gemma Parker.

My Dad would like to raise money for the charity East Anglian Air Ambulance and also take part in the memory of Maisie and Dawn Lossau who tragically passed away in recent years, the daughter and wife of Darrell.
