Story
On Saturday 16th May 2026, we’ll be taking on the Old Man of Coniston Circular in the Lake District to raise funds for Keswick Mountain Rescue.
This cause is incredibly personal to us.
Recently, one of our colleagues experienced a serious medical emergency whilst in the Lake District, and the support provided by Keswick Mountain Rescue was nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism, care, and rapid response during a critical situation is something we will never forget.
Mountain rescue teams are made up largely of volunteers who give up their time to help people in their moments of greatest need, often in difficult and dangerous conditions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Every callout relies on donations to help fund:
• Specialist rescue equipment
• Medical supplies
• Search and rescue operations
• Vehicles and communications equipment
• Ongoing training for volunteers
Without organisations like Keswick Mountain Rescue, countless people across the Lakes would be left without vital emergency support.
This walk is our way of saying thank you and giving something back.
Any donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and help ensure these incredible teams can continue saving lives.
Thank you for your support.
