Hi, Frank & Daniela Soowamber are taking part in this years RAFA V50 Challenge!

After the events huge success since its creation in 2020, approximately 950 participants have raised over £79,000 for the RAF Association and the challenge is on back again.

Background - Organised by serving personnel, this event challenges you to complete 50 miles in just one week. You can cover the miles in whatever manner you see fit such as walking, running, cycling or rowing. The challenge is virtual so you can take part from anywhere in the world. People have taken part all across the UK and in the USA, Romania, the Falklands, Iraq, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Cyprus.

This year, the challenge is running from 24 - 30 July and we would love your encouragement, so if you are able to donate, this would allow us to support this great charity. Thank you.
