In memory of Frank Dalby-Smith who passed away on 20 August 2025 aged 76.

A loving Husband, Father, Grampy, friend and model aircraft enthusiast who had a zest for life before sadly being diagnosed with advanced vascular dementia at the start of 2025.

In Frank’s final months he was cared for at The Heights Care Home in Downley, which is part of The Fremantle Trust. The care, kindness and compassion the staff showed to Frank was incredible and we will be forever grateful for all they did to look after him and give him the best quality of life during his time there.

Donations to The Fremantle Trust in Frank’s memory to help continue support the amazing work they do would be hugely appreciated.

Frank will be sorely missed but we treasure the memories we have and will always hold him in our hearts.
