November will mark my 20th year working at the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, it has been one of the highlights of my life to play a small part in inspiring young people aged 8-24 to believe in a brighter future through free sailing and outdoor adventures.

So to mark 20 years I'm walking 10,000 steps a day for the 30 days of November to raise much needed funds.
