We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

My name is Frankie and I want to raise some money for the Teenage Cancer Trust in memory of my friend Evie-Mae who passed away on 8th August 2025.

I am going to do the October Read-a-thon to raise some money for other people like Evie.

From Frankie's Mum: Evie was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in February 2019, but despite this was full of joy and lived her life to its fullest. She was so loved by her friends and family and is very much missed.

Frankie has been trying to make sense of losing her friend at such a young age, which is so tough to explain to anyone, nevermind someone with learning difficulties. I hope that we can raise a few pennies to help support other families who are going through such difficult times fighting this awful disease.

Frankie is going to read a little bit every day, starting with Evie the Brave, a story inspired by Evie herself.
