Story

On 11/8 my life changed forever when Frank, the love of my life, tragically lost his battle with mental health. He was an incredible person. Kind, caring, and so deeply loved by everyone who knew him. His passing has left a void that will never be filled, but in his memory, I want to help others who may be silently suffering.

I loved Frank more than words can express, and I will carry that love with me forever. I wish with all my heart that he had found the support he needed, and I know he would want us all to remember the importance of making time for one another. We should never hesitate to check in on the people we love and to remind them that it's okay to talk. You never know what someone might be going through beneath the surface.

In memory of Frank, I am running 100km to raise awareness for mental health and to support Andy’s Man Club, an incredible charity that provides a safe space for men to talk openly about their mental health. This run is my way of honoring Frank and helping others who may be struggling in silence.

Andy’s Man Club offers the kind of support that could save lives, and by raising funds and encouraging conversations, I hope to prevent other families and friends from experiencing the pain we are facing now.

Please, if you can, donate to help Andy’s Man Club continue their vital work. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and ensuring that no one feels they have to face their struggles alone.

This is for you, babe. I love you always.

“It’s okay to talk."
