Story
In January, I set myself a brutal challenge to run Franky’s 10kathon where I ran 10km every single day throughout January while wearing a 22lb weighted vest all in aid of Epilepsy Action. No excuses, no days off, just grit, determination, and a deep reason for pushing through those cold mornings. Thanks to the generosity of so many people, it was a huge success.
In 2026 I’m going to test my endurance again as i will be doing a self designed endurance challenge called “The FTW 496 Challenge” in January and I’ll also be running the iconic London Marathon in April.
This is all to raise awareness and vital funds for Epilepsy Action, a charity that continues to do incredible work supporting those affected by epilepsy across the UK.
Epilepsy is a condition that affects hundreds of thousands of people and yet remains widely misunderstood. Epilepsy Action provides life changing advice, support services for individuals and families navigating life with epilepsy.
By taking on the iconic 26.2 mile challenge, I’m hoping not just to raise funds but to shine a light on the realities of living with epilepsy. Every donation, share, and word of support brings us closer to a world where no one has to face epilepsy alone so please get behind me and help support such a great cause.
Epilepsy says stop, we say go.
