On the 1st June I'll be kilted up, setting out on my 6th Aberdeen KiltWalk in aid of Archie Child Bereavement Network.

This is a fantastic charity that provides much needed support to bereaved children and families in the Grampian area when in a time of great need, helping them make sense of the darker times of life.

Various limbs are telling me they don't like carrying me long distances any more but the benefit it can hopefully bring to young lives far outweighs any aches and pains.
