Our world is more connected than ever before, and yet many of us feel isolated.

We're lacing up our sneakers, hitting the pavement, and together with the Marmalade Trust, we want to give loneliness a run for its money. We hope our marathon challenge can bring some light to the shadows of isolation that many people face every day.

We think tackling loneliness is a worthwhile cause because it's about building a society where everyone feels valued, heard, and connected.

The Marmalade Trust is dedicated to combating loneliness and promoting social connection and community. Its mission centres on raising awareness about the impacts of loneliness on mental and physical health, advocating for social change, and implementing practical solutions to reduce isolation.

The Marmalade Trust's phone call campaigns and Christmas Cheer program tackle loneliness by offering companionship through regular phone calls and festive gatherings.

Any donation size to support our challenge would be welcomed very gratefully. You will be helping support initiatives that ensure that individuals facing isolation, especially during the holidays, experience warmth, connection, and community spirit.
