CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland) as they have supported my son and my family (and me!) in a million ways over the past few years. We go to Rachel House in Kinross for respite a few times a year. They support around 200 families across Scotland and this year they are about to embark on a massive redevelopment project.

CHAS launched a campaign to raise £20m so I thought, ‘I know, I’ll do Tough Mudder” and now it’s only a month away, I have only just set up a JustGiving page and my training has been laughably poor. I can do about 3 pull ups - watch out world! Please consider donating to my fundraiser for CHAS. Think of a £10 donation as only £1 for every muscle I’ll pull on the 15k assault course on 6th June.
