Hi! I’m Fred and I’m 9 years old. I have set myself a challenge to swim 2 miles (128 lengths of a 25m pool) in 3x 1 hour sessions on consecutive days in the Easter holidays.

When I set myself this challenge I could only swim 6 lengths but I am training hard to hit my target.

The Air Ambulance Service don’t get a penny from the government or National Lottery for their daily missions.
