Our little warrior Freddie is the lucky recipient of many services through NEO Kids !

Freddie was born with a complete bilateral cleft lip and palate, multiple midline defects, diagnosed with West Syndrome at 6 months old and global developmental delay at 15 months old. He is still progressing and learning everyday!

Having the NEO Kids center in Sudbury means he has been able to access speech, feeding, occupational and physical theapy as well as early intervention. He has also attended a specialized therapy centered preschool program, which did wonders for his fine motor and communication goals !

Him and his sister both have access to their pediatrician, and there are social workers and parent support groups to help us feel less alone.

While we have amazing services here, we still have to attend Sick Kids Hospital and the Neurology Centre of Toronto. Our hope is that one day, families won't have to travel to get the specialized care that Kids need, so we are fundraising in lieu of gifts to celebrate his 3rd birthday and all he has accomplished.
