It is 25 years since my close friend, Mike Polden died suddenly aged 20 from a condition he didn’t know he had. I am cycling with some of his oldest friends from Exeter where he was at university to his hometown of Brentwood. Mike touched all our lives and continues to do so and this seems like a fitting way to remember The Great Polden!
