I am raising money for my mother's wonderful charity, The Therapy Garden. Mum and the Therapy Garden change lives for the better by creating a safe place for all to enjoy the power of gardening and to connect with nature.

The Therapy Garden:

- gives a sense of purpose to children with special needs

- reduces the isolation of a young person with autism or someone older living with dementia

- builds confidence in adults recovering from a stroke

- helps to equip young people who have additional learning needs for a possible future in the workplace

It is an extraordinary charity, located locally to us, that i cant wait to support!
