In June 2025, we discovered that our baby boy would be born with bilateral talipes (clubfeet).

Since November 2025 we have been regularly attending Planet Therapy so that Freddie will be able to grow, develop and walk like any other child.

Planet Therapy have been amazing. They give us so much care and Freddie genuinely does seem to like it there (for a baby who is often surrounded by strangers prodding him - he pretty much always smiles!).

From Neurology to Oncology, NICU to PICU and Orthopaedics to Respiratory, they strive to help the children and families who require the most specialist care in the South West and beyond. However, in order to provide optimal care, we need your help! Our goal is to raise £25,000 for Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal. This will allow them to purchase specialist equipment, up-to-date technology and vital resources that will make a huge difference in the lives of our patients. Every donation counts towards making a real impact on the lives of children and their families. Thank you for considering supporting our cause!

You have been invited to our Bake Sale/Garden Party, you could pay for sweet treats in cash or just directly to this page. Equally, if you are unable to make it or you would like to make a different donation feel free to use this page. (Several people have asked me about this, hence making the page).

Some logistics about the event:

1. Whilst we now have the luxury of a bigger house and garden, there won't be space for everyone to park all at once - we have designed the time so that you can come and go as you please etc.

2. You may need to park elsewhere in the Ladden Garden Village estate and walk to us, we have lots of nice pathways and bits to walk around, including a duck/fishing pond!

3. We are also on the Y2 bus route, or you might consider a bike ride or car share!

4. If you have offered to bake, please ensure you have labelled your goods and listed the ingredients and allergens. Do liaise with me before the event if you want to bring the goods beforehand.
