Freedom & UKHI come together to support the people in Gaza, the West Bank and Israel who have been affected by the conflict.

More than 4,000 people have reportedly been killed, thousands more injured, more than 600,000 displaced from their homes and between 100 and 150 people taken as hostages.

The Red Cross have been leading the response to the emergency:

- Mobilising ambulances and first responders

- Searching for and transporting injured people

- Organising blood donations to support medical facilities

- Supporting health authorities with hospital transfers

- Evacuating people with limited mobility from border communities

- Sharing information with the public on how to stay safe

- Psychosocial support

- Distributing relief kits including blankets, mattresses and hygiene kits
