Salford City Season Ticket Scheme

The aim of the Free Kicks Foundation is to provide sport related activities to disadvantaged children, to give them a day to remember and forget their troubles

Story

Free Kicks Foundation are delighted to partner with Foundation 92 and work with Salford City to aim to provide season tickets for families who may not be able to afford to attend matches at The Peninsula Stadium.

This follows the success of a similar scheme at Peterborough United, where we raised close to £6,000 to send over 100 fans to last season's Bristol Street Motors Final at Wembley Stadium.

Steve Thorpe from Free Kicks said "We have worked with Foundation 92 and Salford City for a number of years, providing mascot places for young fans as part of the My Special Day project and are excited to be extending the partnership to hopefully help more underprivileged families to games in the upcoming season'

Quote from Damon Traverse, Head of Media & Partnerships at Foundation 92, said “We’re delighted to be working with Free Kicks and Salford City to further extend our partnership to offer season tickets to underprivileged families through this campaign. We hope to help many families across Salford during the season.”
