On 6th April 2025, I will be hitting the streets of London to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of The Migraine Trust - a cause very close to my heart.

Around one in seven people get migraine. Over a billion people worldwide get migraine, and over 10 million in the UK.

Migraine impacts on every area of a person's life - from relationships, to work. The Migraine Trust is here to ensure that nobody living with migraine feels isolated or alone, and that they can live the life they want despite this debilitating condition.

Having suffered with migraines since when I was able to talk this is a cause close to my heart. I have spent weeks of my life lying in a dark room unable to move due to the pain being so severe. I was lucky enough to find a great neurologist who has changed my life with medication. I would love everyone who suffers with migraines to find a treatment so no one have to suffer with this horrid debilitating condition.
