In July my dad and I will be taking part in Croyde Ocean Triathlon, I am excited for the challenge and grateful for any contributions to help me reach my target!

Earth Action North Devon is the event's chosen charity due to a shared goal of sustainable, low-impact sporting events. 100% of the event profits go to EAND!

Enjoying nature and being outdoors is something we all benefit from, but with rising pressures from global warming and increasing pollution the work of charities such as EAND are vital in protecting our green spaces.

This is my first Olympic distance triathlon (1.5km swim, 42km cycle, 12km run), I will post updates of my training progress over the next couple of months.
