Story

I'm running the London Marathon 2026 in support of Guide Dogs UK- a charity that means so much to me and my family. My dad lost his sight due to a lifelong condition, and thanks to his guide dogs, he's been able to live independently, confidently, and stay connected to the world around him. I've seen first-hand the incredible difference this support makes, and I want to help ensure other families can experience that same life-changing impact.

Every day, 250 more people in the UK begin to lose their sight- joining the two million already living with sight loss. That number is set to double by 2050, which is why the work Guide Dogs do is more important than ever.

They provide expertly trained guide dogs, mobility training, and vital family support- all made possible through donations.

Every contribution truly helps. To give you an idea, £125 could fund a starter kit for someone beginning their journey with a new guide dog.

Your support really can make a difference. Thank you so much for helping me do this!
