Story

The biggest day in the fish & chip calendar – National Fish &

Chip Day returns for its 10th Anniversary in just a matter of

weeks!! NEODA has been joined once again by two leading

brands in the fish and chip industry. Headline sponsors are

Hook and Fish Packaging Range exclusively available from

The Q Partnership, and Middleton Foods.

This year, volunteers from each of the three companies aim

to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks a 24 mile (38.6km)

round trip route which includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.

Consisting of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736

metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres).

The Friars Pride chosen charity is The British Heart

Foundation which provides help, support and creates new

treatments and cures for heart diseases.

Rebecca Lord, Managing Director, Friars Pride said “The

Yorkshire Three Peaks will definitely give us a challenge!

Delicious fish & chips will be a well-earned and very

welcome treat at the end of a long day! The Challenge is

a fantastic opportunity for team Friars Pride to highlight a

momentous 10 years of ‘National Fish & Chip Day’ alongside

our friends at The Q Partnership, as well, as raise funds for

three worthwhile charities. We hope you will be able to

support us by celebrating National Fish & Chip Day on 6th

June and make a donation to our chosen charities.”

Official Merchandise, T-Shirts, Caps, Bunting etc is available
