In Autumn 2024 our work community was greatly upset to hear that Wren, the much loved 5 year old granddaughter of our Lead, Chris Brightling, had received a leukaemia diagnosis.

So many colleagues wanted to support in some way and we decided to organise a fundraising event: Wren’s Rally is a 100 mile challenge for individuals or teams to run, walk, cycle, swim or any means cover the first 97 miles in the coming weeks and months, to culminate in a group event on Sunday 29 June where we all complete the final 3 miles together. We've set ourselves a challenge to collectively reach 10,000 miles and raise £10,000 for an amazing charity.

Wren's family would like to PASIC to benefit from the funds raised as an East Midlands cancer support for children and young people. PASIC are there for the whole family. Their vision is that no East Midlands family faces childhood cancer alone.
