I am taking part in the Serpentine swim this September where I will be swimming a mile (a mile!) in the Serpentine in order to raise money for Whisper. They're a really good cause supporting maternity and children's health services in Uganda (there's more info from them beneath). Whisper is a very high impact charity that funds Whisper's Magical Children's Hospital and Maternity in Jinja, Uganda 🇺🇬. There's a children's hospital 🧒🏽, a maternity unit 🤰🏽, an ambulance service 🚑, and a nursing school 👩‍⚕️, all running on an annual donation budget of around £250,000.
