Story
I was living a normal life when, one Saturday, Guillain-Barré syndrome came knocking.
Within a week, I was paralysed.
Movement, strength, and independence disappeared almost overnight.
With the help of NHS care and specialist rehabilitation, I began to rebuild — slowly, patiently, one step at a time.
Now, I’m training again.
Not chasing times or performances, but progress.
This page exists to show how I’m getting better by giving back.
