From Panic to Power: Building a Resilient Exam Mindset

From Panic to Power: Building a Resilient Exam Mindset - FREE WEBINAR · 9 May 2025
Whilst it's normal to feel nervous around exam time, the knock on effects can be hard to manage, with 68% of students reporting disturbed sleep, 50% skipping meals and 65% saying exams negatively impacted their relationships with family and friends.
With increasing drive towards academic goals and decreasing school budgets, students often receive little support in maintaining their mental health and staying resilient and positive during the exams.
As teachers for over 10 years and now professionals working with teenagers, we've seen the effect first hand. BUT we've also learnt strategies to recognise, manage and improve this anxiety and seen them work - again and again!
In this webinar for students and their parents, we'll be sharing how to stay cool, calm & in control during stressful exam seasons and equipping you with strategies to manage anxiety, stay resilient and become more positive over the upcoming exam season.
This highly valuable session is FREE but we ask for a small donation to the charity YoungMinds to support their excellent work supporting wellbeing and mental health in young people.
You will receive the link to join after your donation. Thank you!
