Story

2025 marks the 5 year anniversary of losing my amazing Mum to cancer and I wanted to honour her in my own special way and in a way that would make her proud.

In memory of her and to help raise money so that others don’t have to go through the loss of someone that they love, myself and my dear friend Saul Whittaker are taking on another cycling challenge. This one is extremely close to my heart and I’m sure there will be a lot of emotion throughout the whole journey.

We’ll be starting our journey from the Smith family house in Wymondham where I was raised by her & Dad, with the destination being her childhood home up in Sunderland. The ride will be 300 miles in total and be done over 4 days; starting on the 15th February and finishing in Sunderland on the anniversary of her passing - the 18th February.

Thank you in advance for all your support, it means the world to me.
