On the 3rd January 2025, our son was diagnosed with a type of kidney cancer known as a Wilms tumour. In that moment our world was turned upside down.

Watching your child go through weeks of treatment and surgery is something no parent should ever have to experience. But through every hospital visit, every sleepless night, and months of uncertainty, our little warrior has shown more strength, resilience & courage than we ever could have imagined.

We will never take for granted all the care and compassion that we received throughout this time. Now, as the future starts to look brighter and Theo continues to recover, we want to give something back to those who have supported us the most.

Over the next 12 months, we’re raising money for Candlelighters to help ensure that other families like ours continue to receive the same incredible support. As part of our efforts, we’ll be taking on a series of fundraising events - including 12 marathons in 12 months.
