This page is inspired by my mum who is a breast cancer survivor and my biggest cheerleader, my grandad who died of cancer, and anyone else who has been impacted by cancer (including survivors, friends, family and the people we've loved and lost). This page is for you all! 🌟

I'm dedicated to raising as much money as I can for Macmillan and for the people living with cancer across the UK. I also hope to spread awareness about the amazing work that Macmillan does and to educate people about the services that are available. My mums experience (who was diagnosed at 45!) shows that cancer can come at anytime and without any warning, which is why I think it's so important to spread the awareness and give any help that I can!

These are my fundraising challenges for 2023:

March - hosting 2 x coffee mornings, 31 miles in March ✔️

April - The Big 5km Run, hosting 2 x charity events ✔️

May - Ryanne's Skydive! 🪂 ✔️

June - Climbing Snowdonia

July - The Mighty Hike (26 mile marathon hike!)

I started fundraising in February 2023 and even though I've fundraised for Macmillan before, it wasn't until I started working for them in January 2023 that I really understood the impact that supporters donations have. 98% of Macmillan funds are raised by sponsors, which just shows how important any donation is and without them, Macmillan wouldn't be able to help as many people as they do who are living with cancer 💚

You should know that the two biggest areas that donations are used for is healthcare, which is funding roles for nurses (12,000 nurses in the NHS are funded by Macmillan!), cancer navigators, physiotherapist, psychologists and sooo many more! The other is financial support, which is the support given to people living with cancer who are struggling financially.

I am so unbelievably grateful to everyone who has donated so far, and I completely appreciate that times are hard so please don't feel pressured, but if you would like to sponsor me, or donate to my fundraising page then any amount at all is appreciated 🥰
