Rob very sadly passed away in the early hours of 19th October 2022 after an 11-week battle with kidney cancer, his passing leaving a huge chasm, in the hearts of his family, friends, colleagues, and all that knew him.

As some of you will be aware, Rob & Gemma’s two children have a genetic disorder called Fragile X Syndrome and because of this Rob would raise a lot of money in support of The Fragile X Society. In his memory, we would like to keep his dedication and support alive.

The Fragile X Society is a small charity with little funding received. They are however a huge charity when it comes to supporting the families touched by this disorder and so any donations, large or small are greatly appreciated.

Fusion Aviation’s MD, Keith Wallace was one of Rob’s very best and closest friends and is therefore honoured to pick up the baton in supporting this extremely worthy cause.

Fusion Aviation are delighted to share the news that a handpicked team will be taking on one of the toughest physical demanding hikes in UK – The Three Peaks Challenge !

Over the course of 24 inspiring and equally perspiring hours from the 26th to the 27th May we have assembled the following trained athletes, Keith Wallace, Steve Sartin, Damon New, Simon Fellingham and Rory Corcoran, otherwise known as the ‘Fusioneers’. All five are at the 'peaks' of their physical fitness and will be traversing Mount Snowdon in Wales, Scaffel Pike in England and lastly Ben Nevis in Scotland!
