On Friday 18th August 2023 a team of intrepid adventurers will embark on the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge. The mission is to climb arguably the 3 most iconic mountains in Wales, Snowdon, Cadair Idris & Pen Y Fan in less than 24 hours.

We will be raising much needs funds for a truly amazing charity based in Aberdare, Signposted Cymru. This wonderful local charity offers immediate intervention and ongoing support to people that need help with with mental health and well-being.

The work that team at Signposted Cymru do to support individuals in their time of utmost need is tireless and inspiring. The funds that are raised go directly to providing support to the local communities that it serves. For these reasons we have chosen to support this charity.

Over the next 3 months we'll be working hard training and raising funds for this event.

Anything you are able to donate would be so gratefully received by Signposted Cymru and will help provide support to members of our communities that need it most.
