Hello, me again. After a successful first half in Swansea to support McMillan I will be taking on the Cardiff half marathon in support of the Cardiff and Vale Health Charity. Me and my ward colleges will be running in support of this great foundation who support projects and initiatives all over NHS Wales. As always, any donations will be very much appreciated.
