Smart Works Birmingham is a charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. They empower each woman by giving her the clothes and confidence she needs to succeed.

Smart Works are proud that 67% secure a job within a month, starting a new chapter and transforming their lives.

It costs £362 to put each woman through the Smart Works service so this International Women's Day we'd like to raise the full amount to cover the cost.
