On Sunday 13th September, I'm joining an awesome team of runners taking part in the Great North Run 2026. It's one of the world’s biggest half marathon, with 60,000 runners taking on the 13.1 mile run.

RCTN is an incredible charity that provides services to women who live, work or study in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland, who have been affected by sexual violence and abuse at any times in their lives.
