I’m running the Saucon 10K to raise awareness and funds for endometriosis — a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it, causing debilitating pain, fatigue, and often years of misdiagnosis. My journey started at just 15, when I had several cysts and was diagnosed with PCOS. What followed was years of confusion, relentless pain, and countless doctor visits. In high school, my periods would last nearly two weeks, leaving me barely able to function. Only recently was I told it’s likely endometriosis — a condition with no known cure, leaving millions of women to suffer silently. Every month, I rely on dozens of pills, my TENS machine and hours with hot water bottles, often bringing me to tears from the pain.
This is not just my story — it's the reality for so many. I’m running not just for myself, but for everyone battling endo. This needs to change. With your support, we can raise the funds needed to push for better research, better treatment, and better futures. Please stand with me and be part of this fight.
