Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Dan & I are taking on the National 3 Peaks in 3 Days sponsored challenge. This tough event will see us climbing the National Three Peaks – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon – over three consecutive days. A physically demanding experience, covering 42 km and a total ascent of 3,000 m.

We are climbing Britain's highest peaks in memory of baby Grayson. It will be 4 years in August since our friends Becky & George lost their 6 months old son Grayson to Vanishing White Matter Disease. He spent his final weeks at Acorns Children’s Hospice. They helped Becky & George make some happy memories with Grayson and supported them through the unimaginable pain of losing him.

Acorns' purpose is to positively impact children with short lives. They provide specialist care, expert support, love and laughter to children and their families across the West Midlands.

It costs around £14 million to provide this vital care each year. 75% of this amount is raised through donations, Acorns charity shops and fundraising events.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Thank you for your generosity.
