On Friday 22nd September, The Lear girls will be taking part in the ellenor Hospice Twilight Walk in Gravesend. This year, my mum, sisters and I will be walking in memory of two very special people; my Nanny, who sadly passed away this year following a brave and tough battle with Dementia, and our dear Grandad, who sadly passed away after we laid Nanny to rest. We hope you are reunited soon and can continue your journey together. We love you forever.x
