This June, I will be traveling to Kenya for two weeks with Play Action International to help build a playground at a local school. We’ll be turning an empty field into a space where kids can play, learn, and just be kids. I will also be running creative play sessions, helping children build their confidence, and develop problem-solving skills.

Play is more than just a game—it can change lives. It helps kids remain motivated to pursue their studies at school, it improves their concentration in class, and it creates a sense of joy and community. Plus, these projects provide local jobs, making a lasting impact long after we will have left.

To help fund this, I’m taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Pen y Fan, Cadair Idris, and Y Wyddfa in under 36 hours. Every donation will go toward building materials and supporting children across East Africa.
