As part of the preparation for my bat mitzvah, I have been involved with the charity Together in Barnet. This charity supports homeless people in Barnet, and the Night Shelter programme offers people a warm, safe place to sleep during the winter months. As part of this charity, I helped at the night shelter at our synagogue that offered weekly accommodation for people in March and April earlier this year. To further help this important charity, I am now doing a collection for this charity.

I am so proud to be involved in this worthwhile cause and I hope you can get involved too.
