Story
I’m absolutely buzzing (and slightly terrified!) to say I’ll be running the London Marathon 2026 and I’m doing it for a cause that really means something to me: St John Ambulance.
Recently, I trained and qualified as a Mental Health First Aider. Mental health affects all of us, whether we talk about it or not. Being able to spot the signs when someone’s struggling and knowing how to step in and support them is something I now feel proud to be able to do.
I chose to run for St John Ambulance because they’re not just about physical first aid; they’re helping build a world where mental health is taken seriously too.
This marathon is going to be one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever taken on, but every step will be worth it if it means raising money to support the work they do.
If you’re able to donate, big or small, I’d be super grateful, and I promise to earn every penny with some very sore legs and a lot of determination.
Thanks so much for being part of this with me 💚
