In 2022 my mum Karla Schofield was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had to endure 2 surgeries, 6 rounds of Chemotherapy and 10 rounds of radiotherapy and overcome sepsis. Her determination to beat this horrible disease has given me the inspiration to take on the longest day golf challenge. On the 24th July I will be playing 72 holes covering over 16 miles (assuming my shots are straight!) in aid of MacMillan cancer support. Any sponsorship you can give, however big or small will be greatly appreciated.

Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
