Since taking early retirement in June I have started volunteering with Gareloch Riding for the Disabled.

I’ve seen what an amazing group this is and the enjoyment that the riders gain from being with the horses.

The hard work and commitment given by all is tremendous but the costs to run the group and look after all the horses is an ongoing effort.

I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October and as running is my other passion then trying to raise some funds for Gareloch RDA will help to motivate me.
