This is a charity close to our hearts, that has provided invaluable support when needed.

Myself (Jess), Rach, Erin & Karen run Galentines, a netball tournament to bring gals together, having a good time, in a safe space, playing a sport we love, and raising money at the same time.

Last year we raised £3,000, we were absolutely blown away, and hope to raise more this year to allow others to continue receiving vital support for their mental health.

“We must input new strategies to combat mental health and suicide prevention in Shropshire. We need to reach people before they get to their lowest point and make sure they have access to services if they need them” ~ Shropshire MHS.
