Story
In memory of Steve ....
In February, we sadly lost our very close friend, Steve, to MND. His passing has left a huge gap in the lives of everyone who knew and loved him. He is deeply missed, especially by his wife Nicky and their two boys, James and Charlie.
Steve was someone who touched many lives - a friend remembered for his adventurous nature, kindness, strength, and the way he was always there and ready to help others. Even through difficult times, he showed courage, resilience; the way he faced life inspired those around him and will always stay with us.
In Steve's memory, we are raising funds for the MND Association by taking on the London Royal Parks Half Marathon on 11th October 2026. This 21k run is a way for us to honour Steve and to support a cause that helps so many people affected by Motor Neurone Disease.
Today, six people will be told they have MND. Motor Neurone Disease is a devastating and life limiting illness and the MND Association provides vital support to people living with MND; it funds essential research and offers guidance and care to families when they need it most.
Any donation, no matter how small, will help make a difference. If you're able to donate and add Gift Aid, it will increase your contribution at no extra cost to you.
Thank you for taking the time to remember Steve and for any support you're able to give. It truly means a lot and I know Steve would have been incredibly grateful.

Chris and Cathy
