I have had the pleasure of being associated with Forever Hounds Trust for many years Adopting a beautiful Greyhound, called Kelly, some 13 years ago Kelly was a very sweet girl who inspired me to take on challenges all over the world to help Forever Hounds Trust 3 years ago I adopted a beautiful Lurcher called Jed from Forever Hounds Trust Jed is a daily reminder of the great work Forever Hounds Trust do in rehoming Greyhounds and Lurchers and another great source of motivation for me to push myself for a great cause close to my heart

I have decided to take on a big Marathon challenge to help raise funds for Forever Hounds Trust, and raise awareness of the great work they do rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming Greyhounds like Kelly, and Lurchers like Jed

My challenge consists of running the 2025 Chicago Marathon in October 20025, the 2026 Tokyo Marathon in March 2026, The Cape Town Marathon in May 2026 and the 2026 New York Marathon in November 2026. I have entered the ballot for the 2026 London Marathon, and if I am lucky enough to get a place I will add that to my challenge. I have completed 4 marathons so far and am looking forward to my 5th, 6th and 7th and hopefully 8th in order to help Forever Hounds Trust

As I did not get a place in the London Marathon, I will now be running the Cape Town Marathon in May 2026 in it’s place In addition to Chicago, Tokyo and New York
